Well, I'm well into my first cycle. I'm in my 5th week. I've been 250ml eod of test e. I'm about to start my 6th week with adding winni 50 ml ed. The reason i am concerned is that i've had a constant pain in my delts for the past couple of days. At first i wasn;t every really that sore. I've been very sterile about everything. I'm worried that i might have an absece or something of that sort. Anyone with experience in this matter, i would appriciate any advice.
Try switching injection sites.

first off, test e at that mg should only be injected 2x a wk. i hope you meant 250mgs not mLs. don't shoot in your delts. the quads are so much easier. more to work with too. did you aspirate the shot? could have been in a vein or somethin also.
2 injections a week is all you need to do with test.Why eod?
Ya sorry i meant mg's. I've been switching sites every time. Maily my quads and delts. I aspirate every time as well. Basically i'm jabbin mon/wed/fri. I've gained about 15 pounds so far. I just don't know why its so much more sore all of a sudden. Any other thoughts or commets?

i get sore. just go really slow. and massage the area you injected for like 5 min after. maybe this will help
dont shoot that deal for the next few weeks.
He probably wants to shoot less oil more often... volume of oil in the muscle can cause soreness, just as much as injection frequency.Quote:
