? for all you dextrose users, Quick I need to know FAST!!!

WHat is the best way to measure the amount of carbs you are getting in with dextrose? Could you weigh it, and how ever many grams it weighs is how many grams of carbs you have? I ask bc I have a protien scooper and on the protein label it says one scoop is 32 grams, but when I weigh it out with dextrose it is 48grams? WTF? I knwo this shoudl be in another forum, but i need to know quickly bc I am about to leave for the gym and pushed for time. THANKS!!

grams is a measure of weight, not volume. Dextrose is heavier than your protein so that's why the same amount of dex is heavier than your protein.

If you have a scale there, just weigh it out. Dex is pure carbs. If you want 80 grams, then just weigh out 80 grams of dex.
