    Stacking

    I recently started taking sustanon 250. I am 180 pounds and lift everyday and eat around 5000 calories a day. I am six weeks into my 10 week cycle, is it too late to start on some naps, or should i wait??? and if okay, how many a day... thanks for your input

    Six weeks in, i would save them, they are best used at the begining of a cycle, as a jumpstart.

    I would hold off until next cycle. Also rest is a big factor in growth, lifting everyday is not such a great idea...goodluck bro.

    Things that should be understood before one starts a cycle IMO...

    You can throw them in but it would be more beneficial if you just saved them for another cycle

    PS---you could throw in some actual naps. I think a good starting dosage would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 2 15min naps/day.

    giving yourself a couple rest days a weeks would be a great idea. ...and i dont see why you shouldnt take the dbol . it should be good for a 5-8lb push with decent strength gains. if your gains are modest so far go for it. if your satisfied with your progress then leave 'em for a cycle down the road.
