Can you still lose gains after taking clomid ? is there a time where you can say ok i made it past a month or etc i dont have to worry about losing my gains anymore ? This is all said while still continueing to work out of course.
What im trying to say is after im done takin clomid when will it be a safe time that i dont have to worry about losing anymore gains ??? i hope people will understand what im saying if not ill try to explain it better
i know a few guys the take juice train ok,eat ok,and get some good gains,but their 3 month membership at the gym expires right after they cycle,they take clomid and say "how the hell did i just lose 20 lbs in a month time period i did every thing right:unsure: .

I really hope that after the clomid i keep at my routine and dont lose any gains. My gym memebership does run out in sep lol If they took clomid and worked out then lost 20 pounds that sounds crazy i mean how much did hte gain off the cycle they lsot all of it. I know if you stopped working out your gonna lose ur gains fast but im hopein i wont if i continue my routine at the gym u got me worried now lol
Your body will always try to return to its genetic state after any change in composition.
While many of the effects of AAS will stay, you body is genetically only able to support so much muscle. You will have to maintain this additional mass with diet and exercise.
So, to answer your question, yes, you can lose all your gains, but if you do the right things, you can maximize the amount of muscle that is retained post cycle.

Ok losing gains after Clomid, I juiced for years without using clomid or HCG etc and lost very little gains. Do I use Clomid now, yes, but just because I'm better educated through using boards like this and because it's very cheap.

Did you miss something? You have to eat right and lift, just like you did while on. There is no 'magic formula' that is used.
No i think you did cause i stated earlier then i would continue working out. I will work out during and after taking the clomid. Im asking if i take it and im done with clomid and i keep my diet and routine how great is the chance of losing my gains and is there any other thigns i can do to help keep em (besied taking clomid and contineuing my diet and routine)??/Quote:

You'll lose some... it is like taking four steps forward and one back. For example, I went from 204 to 218 on a cycle and two months after clomid, I was at 215. I didn't lose any from there.

also you gained 14 and lost 3 thats not a bad ratio at all, ill take that anyday when i didnt knwo anyhtign about juice i seen my friends lose everything casue htye didnt know what htye were doign either so if i can keep 80 percent thats great.

Clomid 3 days after last winnie tab.
It's about not getting down on yourself when you lose a little weight and strength. Post cycle, you gotta hit the gym hard and continue to eat well. Stay consistent and prepare yourself mentally.
