BP a bit worried...

hey guys i can take my own blood pressure since i got the cuff and what not. i am a bit worried tho because i did my bp today 2 hours after my workout at rest and it was 140/110. and also had a pulse rate of about 100. i know that this is pretty high. i dont like this at all. i am in my third week of prop ed and also test E, eq and some deca. starting tommarow im going to start supplementing in some hawthorne berry extract to see if it helps at all.

if it really starts giving you a prob

drop the EQ

it made my BP go through the roof....



also look into supps like Magnesium etc and othe times to naturally lower BP

Make sure your BP cuff is the right size (not too small), that can give you a reading that is inacurately HIGH. Just my .02
