2nd cycle q's
Alright guys. I ran my first cycle Last summer. I ran 400mg test/200 mg deca per week. Proper pct, everything was great. I kept about 8-10 lbs after pct recovery. I tried the low dose approach and was thoroughly impressed. I am in the process of doing a syno conversion, and will have plenty of prop to run my second cycle. I am 6'1, 190, and am looking to keep around 200-205 after pct recovery. I want to do a test only cycle this go around.
Diet is in check, and have been steady training since before first cycle.
I want to run the prop @ 75 mg's everyday. I was thinking 12 weeks, or should I shorten it to 10, 8?
I was planning on running l-dex everyday, which dosage do you guys reccommend?
Also, should I run any other compounds along the way? I am lean, and want to keep as much water and estro-fat buildup off as possible, but I don't mind putting on some.
Plan on using pheedno's pct as well.

u only kept 8 lbs from ur qst cycle.. that kinda sucks.
anyways do this:
wks 1-10 prop75mg/ed
wks 2-10 anavar 50mg/ed
wks 1-10 trib 4-5g/ed
pct.... u could bump the trib up a gram or two and run during pct as well.
with a good diet and training u will easily hit 200lbs and keep it. properly done u could hit 210 with no problem, but again all depends on diet.

Thanks guys. I may try to get ahold of some winny or var. I gained about 12 lbs or so on my last cycle, but after pct and all, I kept around 8 lbs. I was happy. I will be more than happy to put on 10-12 lbs of muscle. Thanks for your advice. Do y'all think I won't get decent gains off of a prop only cycle?

I was eating a little over 250 grams of protein a day, and about 3200 calories on my last cycle. I am looking to top 300 g's of protein and around 3500 calories a day for this one. I was satisfied with the weight gain for the small amount of juice involved.
