HCG, letrozole???

Ive been on test for 8weeks at 600mg and have 10weeks left in my cycle. I was just wondering if i should get some HCG or if you think i should be alright. Ive also been taking tamoxifen citrate at 30-40mg for the last 2 weeks... I have a very small bump under my right nipple. About half the size of a raisin. Do you think I should get some letro? What exaxtly is letro?

If you dont get HCG the lumps under your nips wont be your only raisin sized attribute.
