    gaining after week 6?

    yooo guys

i'm currently in my sixth week of test/deca and in 10 days i'm gonna trow in 50mg of winny depot EOD for another 3 weeks.

i gained 19 lbs and approx 0.75 inch (1.5cm) in my arms, can i expect some more overall gains and growth in my arms because usually people say that after week 6-7 the growth is over???

Big gains could be over without changing your diet to keep up with the new muscle... You have to up protein again and some do not realize it. Plus your body is adapting to the new mass... I don't know if this helped.

Also with that weight gain you should be training more intensely and make sure to get your rest for recovery. With addition to protein calories in general should go up as well. I would have thought with 19lbs that you should have added almost 2" to your arms???? everyone is different but if it is lean mass I think every 10 lbs should add an inch... this is only theory

yes i thought so to man, i'm 10% bodyfat and train my arms very hard , i expected more growth in them. the rest of my body has grown very good without much fat, but i don't know why my arms arn"t bigger,

first they were 39 cm and now they are 40.6 cm

You very well could have lost fat in around your arms and intracellular... also you are not overtraining are you?

Go to the diet forum as you should be spiking your insulin by taking dextros with pwo meal. Also you gave me your schedule not your training... If you are doing several sets maybe you should go less sets lower reps as you will train heavier, or visa versa if that is not working for you. Training forum can give you tips on arm workouts. Sounds like you are still gaining put it in those peoples faces when you keep growing and say " I thought you said growth stops? and then say in you face!"

No the growth is not over at week 6-7, it slows significantly. Start eating a ton more food, and the growth continues.
