i'm takin a fatloss pill right now that has yohimbe HCL in it. i'm not sure if this is the same thing you're talkin about but if it is i hope its just eatin fat and not muscle
yes - they're prety much the same thing ( yohombine HCl is synthetic, yohombe is the name of the natrual source )

If your running some Yohimbe I'd suggest taking in a good deal of glutamine as well. My experiences have been a slight muscle loss with it over a period of time. Keep your protien high and get some glutamine and you'll be all good.Quote:

yeah, T3 will **** ya if your not careful with it. I've dropped my cardio down some to like 3-4 days a week maximum, and keep my dosages at 25mcg.
