i have heard some people say to take atleast 20mg ed during cycle and if problems arise up the dose.i have also heard that you should not administer any kind of anti e during cycle, unless problems arise.what is the truth here??

when it comes to anti-e's, better safe than sorry.........do some more reading around here bro and you will find the answers you seek
On this board the usual recommended dose per day is 10mg ED during the cycle and 20mg ED for PCT.
:eek: Also depends on what your taking but it is better to be safe then sorry. Wouldn't want to go to the gym sportin a set of jugs..
what are you taking and how much. if your on 1g of test i would say 20mg nolv min
i am taking 500mg test and 300mg deca
also i have clomid and anastrozle for pct, is it ok to use either of these as my anti-e during cycle?
personally i dont take nothin unless i feel i have to,but if u r new to the game and want to b safe take at least 10mg per day.

I'm interested in this questions as well. I've never had problems with my fina only cycles. I'm about to start a Deca/fina/Test cycle. Should I take anti e's during my cycle or just worry about it post cycle? If during cycle is needed, is clomid ok for that also?
