    Getting lean??

    What's up guys,

    I just completed the second week of my cutting phase(all natrual), however i havent seen any signs of getting leaner in my face. By experience, how long did it take you guys to see a difference in your face, I wanna it really chisled.

    Some people say it takes at least 3 weeks for cardio to kick in to start noticing a difference, is this true??

    i notice difference w/ in 3-4 days when i start ... diet is 80% of it

    My diet has been on check! I have 30-40g of protein/meal along with 10-25g of low gi carbs throughout the day. then I have a high protein/carb pwo shake. then i go back to the low gi carbs the rest of the day at 20-30g/meal.


    I just started increasing my water intake to about a gallon a day, which will help but in reality when i stop drinking 1 gallon a day im going to go back to retaining water again, so i see that as a "fake way of looking" leaner?? see what im saying??

    great so when do you acquire your adaquate amount of EFA's?

    i have a tablespoon of flaxseed oil in the moring. I was thinking of taking caffeine right before my moring cardio, maybe that will help me lose excess water in my face and just in general

    negative and if you are consuming any cals pre morning cardio you are just taking 1 step forwardn then a 45min step backwards. i really reccomend you come to diet forum and slap down your daily diet i would love to help give me something to do.

    yep minor dehydration greatly slows down metabolic rate. Plus first signs of dehydration is a feeling of hunger.. =/

    One tablespoon of flax is the only fat you're eating all day? Fat is your friend. You need to consume fat to lose fat. I suggest you do some more research or - as has been said numerous times - come to the diet forum.
