2nd Cycle Questions

I am on the last week of my first cycle of 500 mg of test enanthate for 10 weeks. I am 5'9" 182 lbs now, when i started i was around 165 lbs. I am pretty satisfied with my results, but since i was strapped a little for cash i couldnt get enough protein and food for the right diet. Everything is going well now financially and was wanting to get the gear for my next cycle. I know I want to run the test enan at 500mg/week for 10 weeks again, but wanted to throw in some deca with it. How many mg/week of deca would be ideal, and for how many weeks? I have heard to run it for a little less like 8 weeks if im running the test for 10 weeks. Also, would it be good to throw some kind of oral in with it like dbol or winny? Any and all input is appreciated!

ok you will need to run deca for 10 weeks so this is what it should look like

1-4 d-bol 40-50 mg day
1-11 test 500mg week
1-10 deca 400mg week
9-13 winny or var 50mg day
1-11 nolv 10mg day them with pct bump to 20mg day
1-10 200mg b-6

if you would like to try var or winny you can add it in at the end

300mg deca with that and raise your test to 600mg
