    t3/clen and test?

    i know i should use test w/ t3,clen . can i use prohormone 1-test instead of
    ex.

    You can use a prohormone.. but, test will probably cost you around the same, and will provide you with better results, and less sides in some cases...

    Remember to get your diet in check, and ingest enough protein!
    Also regarding cardio, keep your MHR under 75%, and duration under an hour, to help avoid catabolism...

    sorry but what is mhr. but my diet is clean. and will bump up my cardio. thx

    It may be clean, but that doesn't mean you're getting enough protein/fat/carbs, or at the right times...

    MHR = Max Heart Rate...

    You want to keep your cardio around 65-75% of MHR....

    You can figure this out by doing this:

    (220 – your age) * .65
    (220 – your age) * .75

    Keep your MHR between those figures, and your duration UNDER an hour.

    thx bro, diet is in check 1.5g protein per lb. and most carbs for brackfast and after lifting, and omega's with my shakes. eat lean meat and and only whole wheat bread.

    yes vegies with lunch and dinner all deep fried
