iv vitamin c

hi i know this is the steroid forum but didnt know where else to ask this. i have vitamin c amps 500 mg- 2 cc. they were 8 cents a piece. read in a magazine the new thing is shooting vitamin c not sure how much c these guys are shooting but i was thinking of putting 10 amps in a iv set bag and doing it like that 2 times a week, not sure. the amp box says you can use them im or iv but im hurts like crazy. also im worried that when i break open amps tiny grains of glass are going into the amp and 20 amps like this a week going into my veins may be a bad idea. did anyone else read this article?? thanks

oh yea in this artical chrales poliquin was saying when you takew huge doses of iv c 2-3 times a week your bodyfat goes down 3-4% . but didnt specify doses

its not just vitamins dude its vitamin c specifically. i guess mega doses iv 2-3 times a week really take your bf down but didnt specify the dose. just took my second shot im and its painful worse then pgf2a. maybe it will burn up my veins i dont know. anyone??
