3rd cycle suggestions
1st cycle test e @500mg/wk
2nd cycle test e 500 mg /wk , eq 400mg/wk dbol 30 mg ed wk1-4
both cycle i bloated like a bi**h , esp round face which i hated
lost alot of gain too, had good pct but after cycle kept kcals up which aded up to fat around stomach region
ok 180 lbs, 11% bf, train good , eat well , on this cycle im goona eat approx 3500-400 kcals, 350 g protein and about 400 g carbs and 65 ish g fat
waas thinking of prop, eq, var cycle
i know eq needs running for a long time and i dont wanna run prop eod for 12-14 weeks so i thought of this
1) either frontloading eq for 1g-2g first 2 weeks then runningfor 10 wks
or
2) eq 600 mg wk wks 1-12, then starting prop at 150mg eod wk 4-14
with var at 50 mg ed wks 8-14 ,
what do u guys think
i dont waana try tren so please take this into consideration ( please dont try and persuade me too lol -its too tempting, but i dont like sound of possible sides from it)

Hard to run any cycle if you only wanna run prop for test but dont wanna run it long but still wanna run eq. Kind of a big dilemna. Ever try test C, just a thought that maybe you'll react better to it, never know, cause if u really want eq yer gonna either have to run prop for like 15 weeks(3 longer than the 12 min for eq), or run a longer ester like E or C for 13 if you want results from the eq.

so how come i cant just introduce the prop at week 4 ,
eq wk 1-12
prop wk 4-15
var wk 7-15
wouldnt that work, then eq will be run for 15 weeks,
woudl there be a big differnce if i ran the propstaring wk 1
i alrayd have prop and var so what else could i add instead of eq, to add about 14 lbs lean mass with no bloat??? NO TREN

what is the diff if you shoot prop for 11 weeks from 15 weeks. this is a joke do the cycle the right way.

bro if you can do eod for 11 weeks 15 weeks is no big deal. after the fisrt 2 weeks it will be like taking a piss just somthing you need to do. thigh glute tri bi delt that is all you need. that gives you ten spots so shoot

eating 3500 -4000kcalskcals, 350 protein, 400 carbs, 60 fat, trainign hard - is this enough for a good solid 14-18 lbs???
also i read that i should run var weeks 1-8 @50ed as later on in cycle eq will be enough for hardening/leaning etc
