    Am i taking clen incorrectly?

    I'm taking clenbuterol at the mo and have been taking it in divided dosages, so at the moment i'm taking 4 a day, 1 at 9am 1 at 12 1 at 2.30 and 1 at 5. But i havent experienced the shakes at all. Should i be taking the clen in one hit or is it ok how i'm taking it?

    Don't take your entire day's dose all at once, spread it out like u have been.

    That, and what is your dossage like? I've never taken very much because I don't need very much, but it sounds like you could probably handle a little more.

    Mmmm.. I thought it's ok to take them all at once cause it has a long halflife am I wrong? had been taking them all in the morning and sides lasted all day even when sleeping so I don't think there's any difference??

    Exactly it has long half life so there's no actual need of spreadin it throught the day.
