im not plannin on runnin a cycle anytime soon but my friend was tellin me that when i do juice i should run it like this
test e or c 500mg/wk for 6 weeks then take 8 weeks off then 6 on and 8 off. and do this for a year. he said i would get more quality gains that i will keep and not just blow up and lose more of it. he also said that i wouldnt have to run pct cause it wouldnt be long enough or high enough dosages to shut my system down. give me ur opinion

Test E/C won't kick in for atleast 3-4 weeks, so 6 weeks on is a horrible idea as you won't get much out of the cycle. Read up some more.... there is tons of great cycle information on here. Then once you have a better idea, post your cycle again for us to critique.

And not running PCT is an even dumber idea..... don't listen to your friend, he isn't giving you solid advice.
Also, your stats would be nice too.

yeah i know the normal way to run the first cycle,1-12 500mg/week test. and pct....etc.. but he was sayin for more steady gains. but thats what i was thinkin cause it takes atleast 4 weeks to kick in how much gain can u make in 2 weeks and keep. thanks for the opinions though

10 weeks minimum, unless you are running prop. You DO need pct, BTW. Have nolva on hand, too. If you need it, you need it right away, and no time to order it.
