help ? planning cycle

I am 5,6 195 lbs 15% bf. can someone help plan cycle useing only cyponate and winstrol tabs or anavar . I want to keep it simple. 10-12 weeks. my goal is to drop body fat and stay around 190lbs.over the 12 weeks.

I should have looked a little harder. Thanks thats what i was looking for. I was just going to do 400mgs of cyp for 10 weeks( Im on week four ) but a friend told me he could get var or win quik. so i needed to now what would be better and were to add it? The stacks i found on steriods .com had more than just the two. If I do cyp and winstrol do you think 40 min of arobics 4 times a week would be ok . I now if i do that much cardio natural I loose muscle. Ill be lifting heavy 3 on one off.
