Real quick, I just got my gear. Anavar and prop. Im running the prop everyday at 75mg. But my anavar is only 5mg a pill. I’ve read you need to take 50mg to 75mg. My distributer (whom I trust and don’t think he would rip me of intentionally) says only to take 4-5mg pills a day. Whats the deal here? can you guys help. I paid $200 for 100-5mg anavar pills. im not trying to get huge just inshape for football and have a good workout.
By no means am i super-knowledgable on this subject, but i've been spending my time studying anavar and the low side of the spectrum is 40mg.
what are your stats

20 mg IMO is not to low. I have taken from 20 - 50mg and the difference between 20 and 40 is not that great. Up 10 to 50 and there is a slight difference. For what your doing take the 20 mg ED and I think you will get great workouts and above normal pumps but nothing extreme. Var is a great product with very little side effects if any at low doses.
IMO if your playing highschool football, dont take anything , and if your not trying to gain mass, you must be a skilled position, so just work harder
im doing 75mg ed and its my first time with it. Im running it alone though, well with IGF also.

Var is high from my exp. everywhere, I have done this in the past and it worked well for me. You have 100 5mg tabs so take 30 mg for 3 weeks and buy another 100 and take 40 mg for 2 1/2 weeks. The 30 mg will work and work pretty well and by the time you jump up to 40 mg you will be feeling really good. What product are you using? I used BD products and was very happy at 20 - 40 mg, I have heard other people using different gear saying they felt nothing at 50mg.
20mg is prolly a bit low - may help you hold onto a little muscle, but for me 40mg ED is the min - but I tend to run it at 60mg nowdays.
For a steroid novice 20 mgs are pretty good but of course it's up to u at the end.By the way u paid so much fot the Var bro.
