I am a newbie and am not ready to do the injection scene so I am looking for some advice on oral's.

Is this a good combination to get gains and keep them after cycling off?

Oxandrolone, 40 mg per day along with 50 mg per day of stanozolol

Do I need to or should I take anything else (testosterone or anything)

u could still take the orals with the test. the winny near the end of ur cycle n through ur pct.

dude, you need test. Yes it has to be injected. If you cant poke yourself with a little needle, then youre not ready for gear. Trust me, its not that hard to put a needle into your glute or delt

I don't think anyone is crazy about needles but you get used to it.

Needles are really f-ing sharp. Pull whatever you're doing with one tip and then switch to a new one for injection. You'll barely feel it.

1. No stanozolol isn't test - there's no effective oral test available
2. 2 orals together isn't such a good idea
3. Neither Winny nor Var are great for mass - more for hardening / cutting
4. At 164 you'll be able to make gains natrually still
5. If you're gonna juice, you're gonna have to get used to needles - just have a brandy & stick yourself - you'll laugh afterwards about how big a deal you made of it.

PS. if you insist on oral only (not a good idea) I'd go with just Var or Tbol.

Dude, you are being to anxious with this. Stop for a min and take a breath and educate yourself first. Trust me, when I wanted to do a cycle, I was so excites/anxious to start but didn't know the first thing about any of this ****. I am so glad that i realized what i will be doing to my body which made me slow down a bit and research. Trust me bro, you will be thankful in the long run.

Point taken. I suppose I should have laid it all out. I am starting the cycle below in 2 weeks
OT 40mg ed on a 6 week cycle
Tribulus for weeks 1-8,
Clomid weeks 6-8
I am aware that OT is hard on the liver and milk thistle will help reduce damage. What I have is Milk Thistle @ 500mg per capsule, reccomended dosage is 3 capsules per day. my question is, is that the correct amount for this scenario or do I need to increase the amount?
