    yeah, a good first cycle..split those shots up, 250mg every 3.5 days to keep blood levels stable

    One more question, how should my diet be, i eat really clean right now. Should i up some fats? eat steaks etc? really eat it hard..take protein ect? can i have things like taco bell chicken soft tacos etc? let me know...pizza once a week? or no?

    LOL no its not. I know how to diet and eat. I am asking is it okay to eat like that 1 time a week? I eat very clean now. Too clean some people say, not enough fat etc.

    what would be the best way to get more fat. I currently eat the same foods all the time

    veg, tuna, fish, chicken, rice, no sugar oatmeal, water, tea,

    take animal pak, glutamine, and ECA stack right now. thats what i do normally.

    also I eat wheat made pastas here and there. (about 2 times a week)

    thats my current diet, I make multiple dishes out of thsee

    i also like salmon for omega 3 fatty acids in addition to flax seed oil supplementation.

    also i am allergic to whey, is there a good protein supplement other than soy, I heard this converts to estrogen. thank you

    Egg albimum, casienates, glutimine powder(may check into that I think it is derived from whey) all these you could use and it would supplement whole foods.

    Also what do you take for your pwo? That is the most important meal of the day.

    i tried ON egg protein..it was good but it seems egg protein is a lot more expensive than whey per lb. where and what brand should i look for?

    Visit the diet section and learn how to spike your insulin for your Post Work Out protein... ON seems to be good, if you throw all other supps out to get more protein do so. Eating protein and lots of it throughout the day is one of the most anabolic things you can put into your body.
