    Starting Var cycle

    Whats goin on boyz.
    I am about to start a var only cycle at 50mg ED.
    gonna take it all at once in the morning and 10mg of nolv.
    My diet is a high protien/loe carb/med.fat
    I am looking only for strength and nothing else.
    Cardio 3 times per week at 20 mins.
    any advice???

    no need for nolva. I suggest spreading it out 3x a day. Im on 75mg ED spread out 3x. I suggest you look into some IGF-1 LR3 to go with it. Oh yeah I also suggest 4-6g of trib ED and a couple weeks of clomid after last day of var.

    The dose looks good and is max on my high side. I dont believe you need any PCT with the Var. I didnt take any PCT and had zero problems BUT I did take Tongkat Ali while taking the VAR so that may have kept my libido in check.

    Ive never run var before (im 16 days in) but s few people said with my 75mg ED for 8 weeks, i will probably be shutdown a little bit. So better to be safe then sorry.

    I initially took mine all at once because I didn't want to carry it around. I took it all about 2 hours before I lifted and the workouts sucked and felt sloppy. Spreading it out at LEAST 2x a day made a huge difference. I took 10 mg , 10 mg and then 20 about an hour before I worked out and it was the best workouts I ever had around week 5.
