I would not run EQ just by itself. At least throw some test in there, which should always be a part of any cycle. A test @500mg per week with EQ @ 400 mg per week is a nice little cycle. I've had good resutls with this.

Prop is shot everyday. I would go with cypionate as you could go with a weekly shot. Everyone is going to say twice per week, but I have done cyp both ways and absolutely no difference.
