Just started 3rd week on my first cycle. Currently running 300 mg Deca once a week and 100 mg of Test Prop EOD (had only 100mg of deca the first week accidently, long story...). Planning on doing a 12 week or 10 week cycle. No sideeffects so far except some general anger occasionally =) Seen some strength gain but not much (max bench b4 cycle about 400 pounds, am 260 pounds so not lean). Eating relatively much and cleanly. Training 4-5 times a week with high intensity (should I train more or do I get better results with this even though I feel I could train more?), weight I have gained about 5-7 pounds. Any advice on how things are going and should I change sumin in my dosages / training or whatever.. Kool.. thx in advance
