Does anyone use any otc diuretics like dandilion root while on cycle to lower water weight? I always use an AI and a SERM, but I'd like a little less water. Do you have to cycle them or can you get the same results day after day?

Sometimes I use dandelion, cranberry extract, uva ursi, hydrenga... Especially if I feel bloated(even while on SERM & AI). Two day blast of this combo and good to go.
I cannot believe nobody else answered this, it almost got lost in the shuffle.
