potent protein drink
was reading in muscular development the other day about a good way to pack on size from a shake. 8 oz. of apple juice, whey protein, peanut butter, 8 eggs (can be heated to kill bacteria) cup of oats, banana. I tried this the other morning and the heat from the eggs made it terrible.. so i tried it the next day and cooled it in the fridge, it wasnt that bad. just thought someone might want to try it out. felt strong all day
good way to pack on a lot of size

ewwwww. ya I dont think I will be eating that any time soon. atleast all in one cup

sounds nasty, be cheaper and better tasting to get weight gainer if you into drinking sludge for nutrients. why not just drink 8 eggs in some milk. and eat oatmeal or penut butter toast.

haha, it really wasnt that bad. the oats would make you choke though. it was faster than eating breakfast, since im on the go in the mornings.

I'm not a big fan of mixing fats and carbs (especially high glycemic carbs like that in the apple juice), it adds alot of extra fat. I do like shakes with real food, though. Oats are a good thing to put into shakes for a pro/carb meal. You don't even need to cook them.
