Liver question.

I really didnt know where to place this question under the fourms , but here it goes. I am currently taking :

1.Twin Lab Amino Fuel after ever meal
2.Glucosamine Chondroitin 2 times a day
3.Twin Lab Daily One Caps 1 time a day
4.Milk Thistle 2 times a day
5.Tribulus Fuel 2 times a day
6.Twin Lab Hair Factors 2 times a day
7.Cla Fuel 2 times a day

I am taking up to 10-15 pills 2 times a day of the stuff above. I am wondering if taking 10-15 pills a one time is bad for the liver even though nothing is really bad i am taking but all that has to pass through the liver at one time. Should I space out the amount of pills I am taking or I am good to go ?

supplement forum, but since you are here... it will be ok, plus you are taking something to help your liver... If it is natural and healthy it will not tax your liver any harder than food.
