    Angry Cycle Update

    Well, I'm in week 5 of my 10 week (Test+Deca ) cycle and so far i've gained 12lbs. My only problem is that i dont feel those MONSTER streangth increases that every one says i should have on AS. It feels like i've been growing just because i've been working hard @ the gym.
    Any idea why i'm not feeling the pump ?

    list what and how much you are taking a week. list diet and everything else. needd info

    3cc (half test + half deca ) 2 times/week. Mon and Thur.
    I try to eat 4-5 times a day when possible.
    Eggs, Protein Shakes, Fruit, Chicken, Tuna ..........
    just like most of the diet plans on this forumn suggest.

    I wourk out 3 times a week. Mon/Wed/Fri about 1 hour each

    break that supplement amount down to grams a week please. also are you sure you are eating enough? how cals? how many protein grams ed? need ifo bro. also are you sleeping a min of 8hrs a day?

    What does your workout look like ie sets reps, strength comes from gear and it helps to have the right workout. IMO

    I usually try to get @ least 4 sets for each muscle group i'm training on that day. I try to get 8-10 reps / set or go untill failure.
    I do get 6,7 or 8 hours of sleep every night.

    Three hours a week is not enough. Personally, I do 15-20 sets per body part. It probably takes me at least 8 hours a week to accomplish that. I'm not saying that is what you should do but try experimenting on what works for your body.

    Ok, don't mean to steal thread but sorta the same topic..Just started 3rd week on my first cycle. Currently running 300 mg Deca once a week and 100 mg of Test Prop EOD (had only 100mg of deca the first week accidently, long story...). Planning on doing a 12 week or 10 week cycle. No sideeffects so far, only minor things. Seen some strength gain but not much, was expecting more (max bench b4 cycle about 400 pounds, am 260 pounds so not lean). Eating relatively much and cleanly. Training 4-5 times a week with high intensity (should I train more or do I get better results with this even though I feel I could train more?), weight I have gained about 5-7 pounds. Any advice on how things are going and should I change sumin in my dosages / training or whatever.. Kool.. thx in advance
    Oh yeah, how much cardio? Any info appreciated...

    My first cycle I didn't start gaining until last 1/2. Then it ws like an explosion. So I don't think you have anything to worry about there.

    yeah about the same here. it takes about 2wks to notice anything from prop and if i am not mistaking it takes longer to notice deca
