    About 30% I would guess. I would have either cut naturally to 10% first, (abs visible when relaxed, veins making ridges in the skin across the pecs) or else did a serious cutting cycle before considering a bulker. You are in over your head, bodyfat-wise and the longer your wait to get cut up good the first time, the more heartbreak you will have about this. But you have already begun... so my advice would be to do a serious prop/fina/winny cycle with maybe a light dose of deca for the joints, as soon as you dare, after this one. ECA or clen during and after pct will help.

    Shed the fat, so you can see your weaknesses and strengths. It will make you feel better, and reduce aromatization and estrogen storage capability. As a former (and occasionally still) fat guy, I can tell you that you will feel GREAT after a slow, gradual fat loss down to a reasonable level and then beginning to bulk again from a lean, mean start.

    i think the whole body shot doesn't look too incredibly fat. when it was just the top part of his shoulders did at first kuz of the bloat in the face. i think you should grow out your monkey hair all over your chest and back... grow a beard too
