Advice for a newbie, please.
Ok, I'm 6'2 and weigh 175 pounds. I like going to the gym and spend a lot of time on the tredmill because I enjoy jogging. I also have a workout plan, i.e. back, arms, legs, chest. I have been going to the gym for 3 months now and want an extra push. The only supplement I take is a protein shake. I talked to a friend about winny and he said it would get me ripped, since I am almost there already. I thought about taking Cell Tech, but I haven't heard good things about that. I know that I should take winny with test. But I don't know what type of schedule I need or how much I should buy. Anything anybody can tell me would help :)
