    Confused with this?

    Ok

    Somone told me not to lift this is a steroid workout

    Monday-Chest-tricep
    Tuesday-Legs, Abs
    Wed. Off
    Thursday back-biceps
    Friday Shoulder
    Sat- off
    Sun-off

    This isnt even overtraining is it?

    that's my exact workout routine right now, well close...
    i wasn't aware there were "steroid workouts"
    i train hard whether i'm on or off.
