    2nd cycle help

    well im ready for my 2nd cycle and im going to make it a cutting cycle im sick of being a fat ass. My main concern is not so much to put on alot of lean muscle as much as it is to keep the muscle i have while burning off the fat.

    this is what i belive i want to do for my cutting cycle

    as far as diet goes since im wanting to shed as much body fat as possible would it be better to keep my carbs low/protien high as i have been doing now or can i up my carbs on the juice and still keep shedding body fat efficiently.

    im sure that clen /t3 split worked great for buff87, but u need to find out whats gonna work great for YOU. I don't see a smooth taper of t3 here...you start at 50mcg right off the back. Also 125, while not outrageous, is a teensy bit higher than normal "top of the curve" dose. I would guess this was not buff87's very 1st t3 experience, and if it is your 1st try at t3, you might want that cap to be at 100mcg. T3 is no joke bro, respect it. Not saying you cant go this high/fast but if you do need to listen to your body and if your responding well at 100mcg, then no real need to jump to 125, now is there? Same with clen, gotta really see how you feel b4 you go up more than u need to and burn out on it. Also, did any1 ever suggest ketotifen, or at least benadryll every 3rd week of clen to clean your receptors? That way you don't have to cycle the clen for at least 6 weeks(which is your entire cycle duration in this case). Just my 2. Luck

    i will definitely be listening to my body and adjusting everything as needed. and it will be my first cycle of clen /t3 together...........ive run clen before but never been suggested the keotifen or benadryll every 3rd week. ive always run it two weeks on 1 week off.......didnt have great results and i blame that entirly on my diet. I now have my diet much more in check
