    20 MG Nolva ED safer than 10 MG Nolva ED?

    This is my first cycle... I am using Dbol 1-4 and Test Cyp 1-10... I am currently taking 10mg of Nolva ED.. I am into my second week right now... Do you think its safer to use 20 MG Nolva ED or 10 MG? Also, I am taking 25 mg Dbol ED and was wondering what times you guys spread out the intake of the pills? I have been taking 15 mg at 12 noon and 10 mg around 5pm... Is this ok or is there a more beneficial way to take them? Thanks...

    fine, want to spread out the times you take your d ball , helps keep blood levels more stable= better gains, less side effects

    I always use 20mg of nolva mainly because it's so cheap.
