how much is too much celn?

I have been in clen for the last 6 days yesterday i took 6 pill and had some sides but nothing unbearable.

I have heard woman should take between 80-120mg, should I stop at 6 eventhough i can handle more?

By the way I am a woman.....

when the sides become to much to handle, then you need to hold at that amount/day. some clen that will be 6/day and some like oxyflux, you can probably take 10/day! just depends on you body!!

I HAVE TAKEN CLEN TO THE POINT THAT I WAS SHAKING LIKE A POODLE SHITTING A PEACH SEED. I HAVE FOUND THAT OXYFLUX IS WAY UNDERDOSED. OF COURSE THE GOOD OL' SPIROPENT IS A DIFFERENT STORY. I WOULDNT OVER DO IT WITH THOSE.

I am taking VENTOLASE. does anyone know if these are under dosed...
