    Wider shoulders???

    this is definatley an odd question, but if i took a lot of prohormones when i was 18 and it possible closed my growth plates, do you think i could grow wider through shoulders still?

    Yes, I dont think it would of made you narrower. Do chins, wide with negative on the way down. Do as wide as you can go, then one hand width inside and finally narrow. 3 x 12. Negatives on all. If you can't get wide its genetics.JMO

    thanx bro, but i was talking about bones growing further, b/c i am not worried about getting taller b/c i am taller than most in my family, but i know that most get wider shoulders in there 20's

    Its a question of wider lats and side lateralls, those will give you the wide shoulder look

    That is the kinda thing i was looking for, b/c i read that it only fuses long bones. Is this true?

    Most of the time when you have well developed pecs, they cause your shoulders to get pulled closer together- resulting in bad posture in bad cases such as someone who works out their chest and not there back (very typical)

    so when you stretch your pecks, you can help broaden your shoulders!

    start doing heavy miltariy presses it works on all 3 heads of the deltoids dont do it on machine i do it with free weights and lots of laterals dont go to heavy but dont go to light either dumbell laterals is what makes your shoulders wide and yes lats help make shoulders and whole back look wide. nothing beats chin ups i love them hard raw hardcore exercise just think of stallone in rocky when he is training in the barn and doing chin ups .

    this was not a question geared toward muscle growth, but to bone growth after aas use. but thanx for the replies

    I think that the clavicular epiphysis fuse at about 19 so it prolly hasnt effected you that much...

    I like the military presses to the front and the back and I .... LOVE LOVE LOVE wide grip upright rows they just seem to make those delts and traps pop out niceley and help with the wide look...

    This is the exact reason that I was taught to do back and chest on the same day. I see so many guys with a good chest but absolutely no back. This, IMO, looks stupid.
