    how could i find out why a person i banned?

    If he is banned, he broke a rule and probably a major one to warrant banning. So I would say no, you shouldn't trust him.

    He broke one or more rules of the board. Read them and know them. No he should not be trusted as no banned member should be trusted. In fact, if you run into a banned member on the street, you should kick him in the nuts.
