    i read the article but is it just the state of Utah that is going to be able to access the product or will it be the whole US. forgive me if this is a stupid question.

    Doesn't matter, ephedra was illegal but you could still buy Ephedrine HCL which is the same thing if not better.

    It was a federal judge so I would imagine that it covers all states. Rulings by Appeals judges usually only apply within that appellate region. However when two appeals regions have conflicting decisions, the case can be taken to the Supreme court for resolution. I'm sure one of one of our attorney readers can fill us in on the details.

    a agree it works great combining 50mg ephedrine HCI with 200mg caffiene and 300MG asprin in my oppinion it is the ultimate fat burner
