what do u need to pick up money from western union. like do i need i.d. or just the mtcn number?
Depends on how it is sent. It can be sent requiring an ID or with ID waived and a test question. You will need the MTCN, Name of Sender, Location of Sender, and test question/answer.
its about a 14 dollar charge for sending to china
