When to run Winny with cycle?

Buddy of mine is looking to cycle for his first time. Stats are currently:

Age: 22 years old

Height: 5'8''

Weight: 205lbs

Body Fat: I would say about 14-16 %.

Training Experience: About 5 years.

He wants to run a Test for 12 weeks and then run Winny to shred. I told him he should run Enan. or Cyp. for 12 weeks at 500 mgs a week. I just don't know how much Winny he'll need or what to run it. Thanks fellas.

Tell him to run the winny the last 4-6 weeks 50mg ED or EOD since he's never used it before.

You can add test propionate to the winstrol depot for 4-6 weeks.

wks 1-12 test E/C 500mg/week
wks 9-14 winny 50mg/ed
PCT starts 2 weeks after last test shot, 24 hrs after last winny administration(time it correctly). If you don't know what PCT is, don't do the cycle, do research.
