Generally these things are a Placebo's. Many people who have used them will say "yeah, I gained 10lbs of muscle in 6 weeks by using Testosternearly, blah, blah, blah" What these people forget is that for that 6 weeks they actually went to the gym and trained hard thinking that they had some legal wonder supp running through their veins, when really they could have got the same gains with out the placebo and by just being focused.
