1-11 500mg enan
11-16 75mg\ed prop

My thoughts on it was prop doesn't make you hold much water, nice strength, and it will ease me into PCT. Question is, am I wasting the prop doing it for 5 wks at end of cycle? See becuase i am planning on keeping diet same, just adding cardio 4xwk. to harden me up and such. thoughts?
