what gear are you on and what doses ?
test 400 and deca 300 a week
details on ur sickness??? fever? nausea?? mental???

Could be the test flue , in anycase dont go back to the gym untill ur better and try to keep the calories up and bump the water up I know its hard but JUST DO IT!
probably test flu. i used to get it 3-4 weeks in cycle. i never took off from the gym though. i would just deal with it and keep training
That's probably test flu, I had that few weeks in a row, terrible feelings
but I kept the cycle up, if some caughs are the problem, it's probably from
the progestin from the deca I read somewhere about that progestin can
give you some caughings just like tren does. Just take some medicines
to ease the flu, rest from the gym when you don't feel OK, don't feel
guilty for doing that, I know that it's hard but try to eat even when
your appetite is not that high. Take some multi vitamins to help your
system out. Good luck bro I hope you heal from that sickness ASAP
to hit heavier weights, that really sux I know!
In my 2nd week which was last week I got test flu bad, vomited bad for a day then couldnt keep food in me for almost a week. I lost 9 lbs which sucked bad, but I cut my test dosage in half for the next week and it went away. Dont worry about missing the dosage you cut out, just make up for it in week 5 or six, good luck and dont give up!!!!
Sounds like Test flu if it is hitting you right as the test is kicking in.
