Serious HELP needed on cycle, already started! Oh ****...

hey peeps need some help. I am on my first cycle. I already have taken 2 shoots of sus 250. 1 on monday and 1 on thursday. From what i hear i should have taken Test E.

My height is 5'6 (im a short ****) I weight 153. My goal is to be 160 when i am done and very lean. I train and do cardio 5 times a week. talk nova everyday to keep water ret. down.

week 1-6 500mg Sus (2 shoots a week)
week 6-12 Winstrol.
week 12-15 pct. + clen (8 weeks)


should i stay on the sus, reduce the intake or should i change to test e. can i change to test e if i already started sus 250. PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE help. Don't know what to do. I don't want to weight 170-180 lbs. to short for that. Someone Help me Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

bro sust should be shot eod for good results
do you have enough gear for that?

i hate taking shoot. twice a week is tough enough for a beginner. I can't do it EOD. should i switch to TEST E and run it for 8 weeks?

man if you didnt take time to research your cycle i wounder how incheck your diet is... :(

test should be run ~12 weeks for opt gains anyways @5 it starts to sat the recepts i believe.
hell my first cycle was way tooo many weeks of Prop ;) love the hardness though.

Run your sus 10 weeks shoot 250 twice a week and get rid o the winny then continue with pct, you will be fine off this.

Just curious ... what doses of Win were you going to run and you know it has to be shot ED right? :(

winy tabs. 50mg ED for 6 week. what if i stay on the sus for 8 week and add the winny on the 6th week.

winny ed is the key i actually like your cycle winny at the end but bro sus has to be shot eod go 500 sus a week you will get good gains.

dam.. should of really just went w/ basic ol'TestE 500mgWkly for ~12 weeks or so.

sus is fine for a first cycle and if you really cant bear eod injects twice a week is fine IME

Dont worry bro your fine. But i would drop the winny and run sus for 8-12 weeks shooting twice a week

Take 500 Mg Test E A Week For 12 Weeks....and For 8 Weeks Take 50 Mg Of Dbol EVERYDAY.... U Wont Gain Much Weight Off That... Go Do It!!!!
