Prepareing
I am 5'10" and weigh about 188 lbs I really want to start a cycle the right way soon. What kind of shape should my body be in? My only draw back I think right now is that my body fat is around 21%. Do I need to signifigantly reduce that before I start? And if so what are some of the ways I can cut out the body fat?

Your bodyfat shouldn't matter to much, but how long have you been lifting for ?

Lifting
I have been lifting of and on for like 5 years. I will be posting up some pics after I get my digital camera this weekend. I just started again like 3 weeks ago. So any direction would help.
