Ok, sorry if this sounds like a stupid question. Just wondering what you guys think is a respectable size for a guy's biceps. Respectable in the sense that they don't look like puny fu*****.

Really depends on height/ and BF %
In other words, you should ask that question in proportion to a certain height and weight.
Ok. Say...5' 11", 175. :)
A respectable size for biceps depends on your height and body weight. 16 inch arms looks far different on someone who is 6'2" than on someone who is 5'7".Quote:

for that size around 16 is pretty good IMO.
I would say 15.5" is about the max at that weight/heightQuote:

15" here. I want to get up to at least 17".
Thanks for the book reccomendation, bro. Can I get it on Amazon?Quote:

18+ at 5' 11" 175, bro?! That would be a hell of a lot more than respectable. I'd be considered huge for that frame.Quote:

Oh didnt read your size, it'd say a 17 inch arm, cut up would look pretty impressive on that frame.
for my height 6'3 Id say 19 inch bi's are respectable.
im 5' 6"-5' 7" 165 and cold im at just about 15 (14.8ish) and i dont really have that much tricep AT ALL..witch makes up for about 75% of your arm...id say at my height and weight id like to see a good 17" witch isnt that hard of a goal...but also with bigger biceps u need bigger forearms..what do you think is a good size forearm for that weight...im at 12"
at 6'2 16inch guns aint ****... I hate being tall... LOL
5'9"@195, 17 3/4", people always comment on my arms.
Under 6 ft 18" or so...Over 6 ft 20"
i'm 5' 10" with 16 inch arms cold . i'll gladly take your height off your hands :hello: i hate being short! :(Quote:

Cycle looks like this: 300 mg test en/wk for 10 weeks, 200 mg deca/wk for 10 weeks, an as yet unknown amount of d-bol or var for the first 4 weeks.
And does anybody know what the average size bicep is for an adult male?
There are too many variables to be able to give you an answer on how much you can add to your bicept. Also, you should be looking for over all gains rather than specific to one area. If you focus on that one area then you may end up throwing symetry out and not look as good as you would want to.Quote:

Hmm...maybe this will help. My flat bench is 205, 6-8 reps for 3 sets. Again, that's at 5' 11" 175.
Even if no one can give me a guesstimate, I'm still very interested in hearing about some of the personal experiences in this area of the bros here.
Well, run your cycle and find out....... that's the only way. Everyone is different and not all will react the same way to AAS. I know a guy at my gym that has run way more cycle then I have (I have only ran 3) and pretty much looks the same as he did on his first cycle.Quote:

But as you say "I'm just curioius. Just like everyone here" that's not true........ With my first cycle and the other two I was more focus on over all gains..... I think that's how a lot of guys here think........
5'6" @180lbs small bone frame with 16" cold and 17" pumped. My tris are ripped horse shoes. I am at or near genetic potential.
I can do 210 for 3 sets with a slightly reduced amount of reps.
So I'm able to push about 120% of my body weight.
My second cycle was Enan/Fina........... this had to be the best cycle for strength for me.Quote:

Again, I am interested in overall gains. Right this second, I'm just curious about how these overall gains will effect the size of my biceps. I believe I'm already putting equal effort into each area of my body, and will continue to do so while on cycle.
I'm 6'0 and have 16 inch arms cold, they look tiny so im hoping to get up to 20".
