all it is is the var powder suspended in liquid, ive heard great things about it, my next cycle includes it actually, and hey for the price itsa great deal

I'd go 50-60mg for a first time, but at your weight you would do quite well with 50mg. I really wouldn't go below that.
I used some with Primo when I was really thin to help recover from surgery. At like 160lbs I didn't get any effect till I hit 40mg. I used liquid that I tested....
