Sometimes the oil mixture can get stuck in the neck of the amp or just get some bubbles due to your messing with it....just try to gently tap it down...or bubbles out...at a slight angle...it would be a good idea to do this before you break the amp open...OR...maybe you got some other problem???

Doesnt matter. You can do it after. My only concern would be losing any juice tarpped as bubbles at or aboe the brak point.

Just hold the amp lightly in one hand flick the top with your finger and all the juice should drop into the bottom of the amp. Happens all the time if you leave the amps on their sides.
