Oral Winny doses, taken at once or split up?

Have 25mg winny Tabs, going to be running 50mg ED. Should I split the winny up into 2 doses, morning/lunch? Also should they be taken with food?

i would splet them 1 in the am and the other pm

one in the morning,
one at night.
I like mine on an empty stomach.

Split them up with about 9 hours between.
