I take one of those green drinks you get in the health food store 2x per day and that works wonders. The drink has wheat grass in it. I get it from Gary Nulls website and it is called green stuff. It is good for you anyway but does wonders for my heart burn, I had it bad for months and it has been gone since doing this stuff.

Heartburn is acid reflux, when the acids from the stomach come back up through the esophagus and burn the lining. It's very irritating.

go to your local pharmacy and get a box of acid reducer. 75mg. It's only about $10 box and works as good as pills 3x as much. Does anyone else feel dizzy quite often when using tren ?
