thanks for that. i've been there before. so throughout all those diagrams they are inject in heads 1 and 2. do you guys do equal amounts in each of those heads? and how easy is it to do it by yourself? (do you have to be contortionist to reach)

i do the inside and outside of my tri i like tris more than most injection sites
